The SHAPE assessment is offered free for personal and church use. We don't guarantee specific outcomes — the report is a starting point for prayer and conversation, not a clinical evaluation.
Don't use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone, or to upload content that isn't yours.
The SHAPE framework belongs to Saddleback Church; we use it gratefully under fair-use as a discipleship tool.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
